Admissions at Elvel
Discipline. Consistency. Respect.
How to Apply:
1. Submit Application
Complete our admissions form online or visit the front office to begin the process.
Due to limited capacity, we recommend submitting your application early. Once received, your child will be placed on the waiting list and considered for the next available space.
2. Admissions Test & Family Meeting
Applicants from Kinder through 9th grade complete an academic assessment to determine readiness and grade placement.
All families meet with a school representative to align expectations and answer any questions.
3. Submit Required Documents
If the student is admitted, families will be asked to provide the necessary documents before enrollment. See the full list below, organized by school level.

We do not accept new students into 10th or 11th grade. These final two years aren’t just the end of the road — they’re the culmination of a process that begins much earlier. By this stage, our students have grown up within Elvel. They’ve internalized the school’s rhythm, standards, and expectations. Bringing in someone new, no matter how capable, wouldn’t be fair — not to them, and not to what we’ve built. An Elvel diploma reflects more than academic results. It speaks to a formation — one that can’t be compressed into the last stretch.
